Thank you so much for your kind hospitality and absolutely wonderful tour and lunch! Not only was yesterday’s tour the highlight of our trip, but all of you were so kind to us that we felt like we were visiting family. The cheese tasting and lunch were amazing. Now that we have had the best homemade cheese, we will sigh every time we look at what passes for mozzarella in the US! Nothing can compare to the excellent quality of your products. We are encouraging everyone who travels to Sorrento to take the tour, enjoy the tasting, and buy the most heavenly cheese in the world!

Sara—Thanks so much for a wonderful experience! Your tour was excellent and you father’s cheese-making was artistry. Every visitor to Sorrento should take your tour, braid some cheese, and get to taste the great cheeses your family produces. I will certainly bring my students next time. Thanks again! Ciao!

| Sara- I would just like to thank you again for your hospitality. Going to Caseificio Michelangelo was one of the most interesting and informational experiences I had while I was in Italy. I thoroughly enjoyed it. You are so knowledgable and friendly it was hard not to enjoy myself while I was there. You and your family are amazing. I will for sure be coming back! |
