Dear Sara,
My husband and I visited your cheese factory on July 29, 2009, and we wanted to thank you for such a wonderful experience. We absolutely LOVED it! It was so interesting to learn how the cheese is made and to actually watch the process (plus, it was fun to braid the cheese). Thank you also for the delicious homemade lunch. Our visit to your store was one of our favorite parts of our 10 day European trip.

Hi Sara, Cristian & family,
Thank you so much for a wonderful day! We had a fabulous time on this truly unique experience. I would highly recommend it, not just to see and experience the whole cheese making process, but to share in the warm friendly family atmosphere that hits you soon as you step in the door! And of course the tasting was delicious also!

| The tour in the Michelangelo dairy was one of the highlights of our visit to Italy. It reveals the true taste of Italy where modern machinery do not takeover the old methods of doing things and only help to preserve great traditions. The welcoming family and the lovely guide Sara, add to a true Italian experience. |
